Every corner stone, every visit.
The Field Officer walks the whole boundary and photographs each stone. If something next door moves closer, you see it in the next report.
Property care for NRIs · Andhra Pradesh & Hyderabad
A verified Field Officer visits your land, house, flat or commercial property in Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Vizianagaram or Srikakulam on a fixed schedule. Within 3 working days you get a photo report, reviewed by a second person.
We visit, photograph and report. We are not brokers, we hold no keys, and we never ask for a general power of attorney. Other districts: join the waitlist.
మీ ఆస్తి, మా బాధ్యత · Your property, our responsibilityWhat you get
Every visit ends in the same things: stamped photos, a checked report and a clear next step.
The Field Officer walks the whole boundary and photographs each stone. If something next door moves closer, you see it in the next report.
Latitude, longitude, date and time are stamped when the photo is taken, inside our app.
The Field Officer records it on site. Our office verifies it before it reaches you.
A red flag reaches you the same working day, once our office has verified it.
Each quote shows the vendor's cost and our fee as separate lines, and two ways to pay.
The vendor photographs the site before starting and after finishing. Our Field Officer confirms it at the next visit.

Why owners abroad call us
Most losses start with small, visible signs that a local person would notice in a week. From 14,000 km away, they can go unseen for years.
Leaks, termites, overgrown bushes, dumping and unpaid dues that quietly add up.
Early signDamp patches, a pile of rubbish, a municipal notice on the gate.
A neighbour's wall or bund moves a metre. A boundary stone disappears. A path appears across your land.
Early signFresh digging near your boundary, or new construction next door.
Reported cases often follow one pattern: a hut goes up, an electricity connection is applied for, then fake papers appear.
Early signA temporary shed, a new meter, a lock that isn't yours.
A relative, watchman or cultivator is all you have. You can't check what they tell you, and asking feels awkward.
Early signVague updates, no photos, a crop share that doesn't add up.
We help you see them early and act with dated evidence. If you want us to act, we fix it on quotes you approve: we repair damage through vetted vendors, and we remove squatters through our partner advocate and the local police.
Warning signs are drawn from reported NRI property cases in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and elsewhere in India. Most owners never face them. Regular visits make sure you would know early if you did.
Check your area and find your plan
Each property gets its own plan. You might put a flat on Asset Watch and farmland on Asset Care.
Plans and pricing
Prices depend on the property type and on how far the property is from its district headquarters. We work out the distance from the village you choose in the area checker above. Every price is shown + GST (18%), and each property is on its own plan.

Our pricing rules
One first payment: registration and your first property's onboarding audit, together, before your first report. A plan starts only if the audit finds no serious issue, from the next month. Pay plans monthly or once a year: use the switch above to see each price. Add a second property in the same district and it gets 10% off its plan. Services on request are charged at actual cost, with our supervision fee as its own line. Prices change only with 30 days' notice.
Cancel any time. Work that is done or already started is not refunded; fees for work we have not started are. The full rule is in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
Prices are shown + GST. GST is 18% and is added on your invoice. Outside India, the price is shown in your currency; your invoice is in rupees.
From your NRE, NRO or Indian account. The quickest and cheapest way.
By bank wire (SWIFT) or the card link on your payment request, at the foreign-currency amount on your payment request. Paying in rupees usually costs less.
You never pay from this website. Our office sends each payment request. 18% GST applies even when you pay from abroad, because the property is in India.
Services on request
You send a request from your Client Portal, we get quotes from vetted local vendors, you accept, and we supervise the work and photograph it before and after. How it works
Only an owner on record can register. If a flat is in your spouse's name, your spouse registers. Co-owners and heirs each register, or sign a consent naming one of you to give instructions.
Before your first report
15 minutes on WhatsApp or by email, at a time that suits you.
One payment covers registration and your first property's onboarding audit.
KYC, then the property's papers. You get your Client ID and Property ID.
A boundary walk, starting photos and record checks. Its report is your first report.
If it is clear
If the audit finds no serious issue, you sign one agreement and pick a plan.
Next month on
Your plan's first visit is the month after the audit. A report within 3 working days of each visit.

When a Field Officer flags something, our office verifies it first. You then get the alert here and by email, with the photo.
Write to our office at any time, about anything, or ask for a call back. Each message names its property, so nothing is lost in personal chats.

Safeguards
Every control below exists because it stops a specific way things go wrong with caretakers, agents and vendors.
You pay taxes, bills, agencies and advocates directly from your own account. We send payment links and track receipts. For a work on the property you choose on the quote: pay the vendor directly, or pay us and we pay the vendor. We never collect rent, hold deposits or handle cash. Any work above ₹5,000 needs three quotes and your written approval.
Every report is written from what a Field Officer saw and photographed on site, and a second person reviews it before it reaches you. Nothing reaches you as fact until a person has checked it on site or in a bank or government record.
Photos are taken in our field app only, geo-tagged with latitude, longitude and timestamp. In your Client Portal, each photo opens with its location on a map. Originals are kept unaltered with a tamper log. Every photo is fingerprinted (SHA-256) when it is saved, for every client. With the evidence add-on at ₹199 a month + GST, the fingerprints are printed in each report and you can ask for a certificate under section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. We re-check a random sample of visits.
Every client passes KYC and must be an owner on record. Relatives act only as contacts you authorise in writing, within limits you set.
We don't hold keys; your nominee does. When a visit needs the inside of a building, your nominee opens and locks it, and the report records who did.
Police verification where local stations offer it, previous-employer checks, and a signed conduct agreement and NDA. Each district has a district in-charge, who assigns the visits and supervises the Field Officers there.
Enquiries that don't lead to registration are deleted within 30 days. If you cancel, we send you a copy of your reports and photos, then delete your data within 30 days. We email you 48 hours before we erase anything. Logs are deleted within 30 days too. We keep only invoices, payment records and the signed agreement, as tax and company law require, and use them for nothing else.
Clear restrictions
Knowing where we stop is part of what makes us safe to hire. When you need any of these, we point you to a vetted professional.

Coverage · districts we serve
In Andhra Pradesh, distance zones for pricing are measured from the district headquarters shown under each name. The same rule applies around Hyderabad: each Telangana district's zones are measured from its own headquarters (Hyderabad, Kongara Kalan, Shamirpet, Sangareddy, Bhongir). Zone A is the headquarters town, Zone B up to 40 km, Zone C beyond. Well-known localities are listed under each Telangana district.
Open now, for all four property types: Residential Property, Empty Land, Agricultural Land and Commercial Property. Every other district is on the waitlist.
Districts follow Andhra Pradesh's 28-district map in force since 31 December 2025. We confirm your property's district and mandal from the current revenue record. Scheduled (agency) villages are not taken on for non-tribal owners. Nellore and the Rayalaseema districts are not covered. In Telangana we cover only the five districts listed; other districts are considered on request.

Guides for owners abroad
Short, plain answers to the questions owners ask us most. They are general information, not legal or tax advice; check your own case with an advocate or a chartered accountant.
No. Under FEMA, NRIs and OCIs cannot buy agricultural land, plantations or farmhouses in India. They can inherit them, and can sell them only to a resident Indian citizen. That is why our Pre-Purchase Audit for farmland is only for resident buyers.
FEMA (Non-Debt Instruments) Rules, 2019
In Andhra Pradesh, land records are on Meebhoomi and Webland, and an encumbrance certificate (EC) comes from the IGRS portal. In Telangana, records moved from Dharani to Bhu Bharati in 2025. A 1-B or Adangal extract shows who is recorded, but it is not proof of title.
AP Meebhoomi · IGRS AP · Telangana Bhu Bharati
Rent paid to an NRI landlord carries TDS under section 393(2) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (formerly section 195). The tenant deducts it and files Form 144, which replaced Form 27Q from 1 April 2026. Ask a CA about the rate and a lower-deduction certificate.
Income-tax Act, 2025
In Andhra Pradesh, every borewell must be registered under the Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 (WALTA). A new borewell needs permission through the village or mandal revenue office and must keep its distance from drinking-water sources. We get quotes; you apply and sign.

Land pooled for the Amaravati capital is being returned as developed plots, allotted by APCRDA through e-lotteries. If you or your family hold one, register it promptly, check its pegs and boundaries on site, and keep the allotment papers with your EC.

The new airport in Vizianagaram district opened in August 2026, and land prices nearby have risen. Rising prices bring more attempts to encroach on or falsely sell empty plots. Check your boundary stones, pull a fresh EC, and make sure someone you trust visits regularly.

FAQ · questions owners ask
Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp or email us, and ask for a free 15-minute call. We reply within one working day, India time.
Only a person named as owner in the deed, passbook or municipal record can register. If a flat is in your wife's name, she registers, not you. Co-owners and heirs each register, or all sign a consent naming one of you to give instructions.
This is how we make sure instructions about a property only ever come from its true owner. Relatives can be added as authorised contacts, within limits you set.
Many owners do, and it often works for a while. A relative visits when they can, is not paid to report bad news, and leaves no dated record.
We visit on fixed dates, photograph the same points every time, and each report is reviewed by a second person. If a relative already looks after the property, we can work alongside them: they keep the keys, we keep the record.
No. Registration is a one-time fee of ₹1,499 plus GST per client, which covers KYC, your Client Portal and a secure document folder. You pay it together with your first property's onboarding audit, in one payment, before your first report. The audit report is your first report. If the property has no serious issue, you can then choose a plan, and its first visit is the next month.
If you cancel before your KYC is verified, the whole payment is refunded less the payment gateway's charges. After that, the registration part is not refunded; the audit part is, until we start the onboarding. Each further property you add pays only its own onboarding audit.
By property type and distance (Zone A, B or C): measured from the headquarters of the property's district, in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alike. All prices are shown on this page, in your country's currency.
Every price is shown + GST (18%). Pay monthly, or once a year at the 12-month price shown on each plan. When you add a second property in the same district, it gets 10% off. Every price ends in 9; a yearly or combined price is rounded down to the nearest 9. No hidden extras.
Yes, with a Pre-Purchase Audit. We check the records and inspect the site, then give you a fact report with red flags to discuss with your advocate. We never introduce sellers or take commission.
It is one form of our One-Time Property Audit; the other is the Owner's Audit, for a property you already own. For either one you register as a client and pay the registration fee and the audit fee. If you start a plan within 60 days, the audit counts as that property's onboarding audit. If you don't, we delete your data after 60 days, except records the law makes us keep.
If you are an NRI or OCI, we can't audit agricultural land, plantations or farmhouses for purchase, because Indian law (FEMA) doesn't allow you to buy them. The audit is a fact check of records and site, not a legal title opinion; that comes from your advocate.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email us, and ask for a free 15-minute call at a time that suits your time zone. After the call we email you a short written summary. We never cold-call.
Once your KYC is verified, your Client Portal opens. Create your account with your email and phone (both are confirmed with a code), then sign in with your email and password. If you forget the password, use "Forgot password" and we email you a reset link.
The portal holds your reports, signed agreement, requests and quotes, payments, invoices and alerts for each property. Reports are also emailed to you.
Yes, you can cancel at any time by one email. What comes back depends on how far the work has gone: we do not refund work that is done or already started.
Your first payment covers registration and your first property's onboarding audit. If you cancel before your KYC is verified, all of it is refunded less the payment gateway's charges. Once your KYC is verified, the registration part is not refunded. The onboarding audit part is refunded if you cancel before we start the onboarding. We start when you send us the property's documents, and your Client Portal then shows the onboarding as initiated; after that the fee is not refunded. The same rule applies to a One-Time Property Audit, an extra visit and a work on the property: refunded before it is initiated, not after.
Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Yearly plans refund the months not yet started, at the monthly price. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days, less the payment gateway's charges on that payment. Nothing renews without your payment: we remind you 7 days before each monthly payment, and 30 and 7 days before a yearly renewal.
No, not for inspections, reports, dues or works on the property. These need only our service agreement and an authorisation letter from you.
A few tasks, such as some municipal applications, may need a specific, limited POA. We'll say so upfront. We never ask for a General POA.
No. Your service agreement, quotes and approvals are all signed digitally, from your phone or laptop wherever you live. Every owner on the property signs their own copy.
Each signed agreement comes back to you as a PDF with an audit trail showing who signed and when. We never ask you to print, courier or sign papers in person.
Yes, as services on request. You send the request from your Client Portal, we get quotes from vetted local vendors, you accept, and we supervise the work. The vendor uploads geo-tagged before and after photos, and our Field Officer confirms the finished work at the next visit. Every quote shows two ways to pay. Pay the vendor directly, on an invoice in your name, and pay us only the supervision fee of 10% (minimum ₹499) + GST. Or pay us the vendor's quote and our fee together, and we pay the vendor. Either way GST at 18% is charged only on our supervision fee, so you pay the same amount.
Some do. Before we quote, our office checks which approvals apply and confirms them with you. Government fees are paid by you to the department, at actuals, with receipts.
Clearing, cleaning, painting, name boards and wire fencing on your own land normally need no approval.
These are the government's own portals. In your Client Portal, each property shows only the ones that apply to it, by state, property type and place.
Andhra Pradesh
Telangana (Hyderabad region)
Paying from an app. Electricity bills, and many water bills and municipal taxes, can be paid through Bharat Connect, the national bill-payment system (earlier called BBPS). Open PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app, go to bill payments, pick the category, choose the biller (for example APEPDCL or TGSPDCL) and enter the consumer or assessment number. Check that your water board or municipal body is listed before you rely on it, and keep the receipt.
On WhatsApp. Andhra Pradesh runs Mana Mitra on WhatsApp, +91 95523 00009: send "Hi" to pay electricity bills and property tax and to get adangal, 1B, encumbrance certificates and other certificates. Telangana runs MeeSeva on WhatsApp, +91 80969 58096 for certificates and applications.
We checked these addresses on 3 October 2026. A department can change its address, so tell us if a link stops working.
Yes. Your Client Portal opens in any browser and can be added to your phone's home screen, where it works like an app. Once added, it opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app. It notifies you when a report is ready, when our office verifies an alert, when a quote or payment request is sent, and when we reply to your message. Every notification is also sent by email.
Yes, on request, as an add-on, at a routine visit, with your onboarding audit or with a One-Time Property Audit, at additional cost. A licensed drone operator flies it, and you pay the operator's actual cost plus our 10% supervision fee, + GST, on a quote you approve first.
Drones fly only where the rules allow: a certified remote pilot, a registered drone and permitted airspace. Some places, such as areas near airports or defence sites, can't be flown, and we will tell you before you pay.
Yes, on request. We arrange Wi-Fi cameras for buildings with internet, or 4G SIM cameras with solar power for open land, from a vetted local installer. You pay the actual cost plus our 10% supervision fee, and the SIM or internet plan directly.
The cameras are set up in your own app account, so the live feed and recordings are yours. We don't watch the feed or keep a login, and our reports still come from Field Officers on site. Cameras are pointed only at your property, not at neighbours or the road.
You pay only when our office sends you a payment request; there is no pay button on this website. Pay in rupees by UPI or bank transfer from your NRE or NRO account, or in foreign currency by bank wire or the card link on the request. Paying in rupees usually costs less. Every payment gets a tax invoice.
Under Indian GST rules, services linked to a property in India are taxed where the property is. So 18% GST applies even when you pay from abroad.
Yes. Rent paid to an NRI landlord carries TDS under section 393(2) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (formerly section 195), and the tenant files Form 144. We don't collect rent or find tenants, but we can point you to a chartered accountant. Please confirm the details for your case with a CA.
When your contract ends, we email you a copy of your reports and photos, and your property file within 15 days. We never hold keys. We then delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
A few records must be kept by law and are used for nothing else: invoices, payment records and the signed agreement for 8 years (GST, income-tax and company law). Logs of how we processed your data are deleted within 30 days. If you haven't registered, your enquiry is deleted within 30 days.
People do. A Field Officer records everything on site with geo-tagged photos showing latitude, longitude and timestamp, and a second person who did not make the visit reviews the report before you see it. We also re-check a random sample of visits. Software only helps us format reports, compare visits and send reminders; it never decides anything.
Our Field Officer records what they saw with geo-tagged photos, and our office verifies it. You then hear from us by phone and email the same working day, with the photos. With your go-ahead we have them removed, on a quote you approve: our partner advocate and the local police carry out the removal, and we document every step as evidence. For a boundary dispute, a licensed surveyor marks the line first.
Yes. Each of you registers, or all of you sign a consent naming one lead heir. The audit lists what's missing, such as mutation, a tax name change or a gap in the EC. Partner advocates and CAs handle the legal steps while we keep the property watched.

Ask about plans, prices and districts, or for a free 15-minute call. Please don't send documents or ID numbers before you register.
Message us on WhatsAppThere is no pay button on this website. After your free call, our office sends you one payment request, for registration and your first property's onboarding audit, with our bank and UPI details and a secure link for cards. Plan payments start only if the audit finds no serious issue and you sign the agreement.
Visits by appointment only.
These terms apply to the Asset Ok website and every service offered under the Asset Ok brand by Primeline International Private Limited (CIN U46900AP2026PTC123228, registered office to be added at launch, "we"). By registering, you ("the client") accept them. Each property is also covered by its own Service Agreement, which prevails if the two differ.
1.1 You must be 18 or older and the owner on record of each property you enrol. If a property is in your spouse's or a relative's name, that person must register.
1.2 Joint owners must each register, or all sign a consent naming one lead owner. Heirs of a deceased owner must each register, or all sign a consent naming a lead heir.
1.3 You may add an authorised contact. They act only within the limits you set in writing.
1.4 A minor's share is handled only through the lawful guardian, and a deceased owner's estate only through the executor or administrator, after advocate review.
2.1 You pay once before your first report: the one-time registration fee of ₹1,499 (₹999 in a verified partner project, section 21; ₹0 when we invite you to free onboarding, section 22) and the onboarding audit fee for your first property, together, plus GST. Each property you add later pays only its own onboarding audit fee. If you cancel before your KYC is verified, the whole payment is refunded, less the payment gateway's charges. Once your KYC is verified, the registration fee is not refundable, and the audit fee is refunded until the onboarding is initiated. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the details.
2.2 KYC requires the documents listed on the registration form and a live video call. We may refuse or end registration if documents do not match or the information is false.
3.1 Every property must go through a paid onboarding audit before any plan starts. The onboarding starts when you send us the property's documents; your Client Portal then shows it as initiated. The audit report is your first report. A plan is offered only if the audit finds no serious issue, and the plan's first visit is made in the month after the audit.
3.2 Plans: Asset Watch, Land Lite and Asset Care, with the Evidence and Satellite add-ons. Land Lite is for Empty Land only: one visit every quarter, without satellite checks. Each property may be on a different plan. The scope and visit frequency are set in that property's Service Agreement.
3.3 One-Time Property Audit: a single check of records and one site visit, without a plan, for a property you own or one you are about to buy. You register as a client and pay the registration fee and the audit fee together, in one payment. If you start a plan for that property within 60 days of the audit report, the audit counts as its onboarding audit. If you do not, we delete your data 60 days after the report, except the records the law requires us to keep. We do not audit agricultural land, plantations or farmhouses for purchase by NRI or OCI buyers, because the FEMA rules bar them from buying such land.
3.4 Services on request (boundary walls, fencing, levelling, filling, clearing, cleaning, borewells, repairs, maintenance, survey and demarcation, security cameras with a live feed, drone footage of the property, and help with government processes) are done only on your written request and after you accept a written quote. Drone footage can also be added to the onboarding audit. A security agency referral is free: on request we give you the names of agencies in the district that are licensed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. You contract with the agency and pay its actual charges for the guards directly to it. The guards are the agency's staff, not ours.
3.5 Reports are delivered by email and in your Client Portal within 3 working days of each visit. A second person reviews every report before you see it. Anything urgent that a Field Officer flags reaches you only after our office has verified it, on the same working day.
3.6 Security cameras are installed in your own app account. You hold the login, own the footage and pay the SIM or internet plan. We keep no access, do not watch the feed and do not act on camera alerts; our reports come only from Field Officers' visits. Cameras are pointed only at your property, and you are responsible for using them lawfully.
We are not a real estate agent or broker, and we are not a private security agency under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. We do not:
5.1 Our prices are published on our website by property type and distance zone (Zone A, B or C). In Andhra Pradesh, zones are measured from the headquarters of the property's district. In Telangana (the Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal–Malkajgiri, Sangareddy and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts), zones are likewise measured from the headquarters of the property's district. A second property in the same district gets 10% off its plan. Every price ends in 9: a yearly price, a first payment that combines registration and the onboarding audit, and a price after the second-property discount are each rounded down to the nearest amount ending in 9. Every charge is confirmed in writing before work starts, and prices change only with 30 days' notice. We email you a reminder before each plan payment falls due, with a simple way to cancel by email.
5.2 All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Every price on our website is marked "+ GST", and the full amount including GST is shown on the invoice or payment link before you pay. Prices are set and invoiced in INR. Amounts shown on our website in your own currency or in US dollars are worked out through US dollars, are approximate and for guidance only, and move with exchange rates. You pay the INR amount on the invoice; your bank's conversion charges are yours.
5.3 Plans are paid in advance, monthly or once a year at the 12-month price shown on our website. Every payment starts with a payment request from our office; you never pay from the website.
5.4 Services on request are charged at the vendor's actual cost plus our supervision fee of 10% of that cost (minimum ₹499), shown as a separate line. Drone footage is charged the same way, at the licensed operator's actual cost plus our supervision fee. Every quote shows two ways to pay. (a) Pay the vendor directly: the vendor's invoice is made out in your name, and you pay us only the supervision fee plus GST. (b) Pay through us: you pay us the vendor's quoted cost and the supervision fee together, and we pay the vendor on your behalf. The vendor's cost is passed on exactly as quoted, and GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is charged only on the supervision fee. Both ways cost you the same. Help with a government process is charged at the government fee, at actuals, plus ₹1,499 per application. A security agency referral carries no fee from us; the agency charges you its own actual rates.
5.5 Invoices are in INR. You may pay by bank transfer from an NRE, NRO or Indian account, by international wire, or through a payment link. Bank and conversion charges are yours.
5.6 If a plan invoice is unpaid 15 days after its due date, we may pause visits until it is paid, after giving you 5 days' written notice.
A report records what our Field Officer saw and photographed at the time of the visit, with latitude, longitude and timestamp. It is not a guarantee or an insurance that nothing will happen between visits, and it is not a title opinion, a valuation, a survey under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, or legal advice. We visit, record and report; we do not promise to protect a property. Our reviewer checks every report before you see it, and we re-check a random sample of visits.
Vendors, surveyors, advocates, CAs and security agencies are independent. We choose vendors with care and supervise the work on request that we arrange. We do not choose, supervise or monitor security agencies or their guards. Each third party remains responsible for its own work, licences and staff.
8.1 To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a property is limited to the fees you paid us for that property in the 12 months before the claim.
8.2 We are not liable for loss caused by occupants, neighbours, third parties, government action, defects in title, or events beyond our control, or for any indirect loss, except to the extent that the loss is caused by our failure to perform the plan.
8.3 Nothing here limits liability for our fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for a data breach caused by our negligence, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or that the law does not allow us to exclude.
You confirm that your ownership details are true and complete, that you have disclosed any known dispute, and that you will fund approved work on time. You are responsible for losses caused by false ownership information.
You may close your registration at any time once all property agreements have ended. We may end it if the information you gave is false, a property turns out to be restricted land, or fees stay unpaid.
When a plan is cancelled or your registration ends, we send you a copy of your reports and evidence, email you 48 hours before we erase anything, then delete your personal data within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep, as listed in our Privacy Policy. After a One-Time Property Audit with no plan, the period is 60 days from the audit report. An enquiry that does not lead to registration is deleted within 30 days. Please raise any complaint before deletion, so that the evidence can be kept while it is resolved.
The website's content belongs to Primeline International Private Limited. Do not copy it, misuse the forms, or try to access other clients' data.
Our Privacy Policy and our Data, AI and Evidence Policy form part of these terms.
These terms are written in English, which is the controlling language, and are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved as set out in the Service Agreement. Otherwise, the courts at Visakhapatnam have jurisdiction. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Grievance Officer: named here, with an email address, at launch. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
15.1 You may cancel at any time, by email or in your Client Portal. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. Work that is done or already initiated is not refunded. Fees for work not yet initiated are refunded within 7 working days, less the payment gateway's charges.
15.2 An onboarding audit, a One-Time Property Audit, an extra visit or a work on the property can be cancelled for a refund until it is initiated. An audit is initiated when you send us the property's documents; an extra visit when a Field Officer is assigned; a work when the job is given to the vendor. Your Client Portal shows that moment. After it, the fee is not refundable.
15.3 A monthly plan stops at the end of the month already paid for. A yearly plan is refunded for the months not yet started, at the monthly price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as floods, cyclones, strikes, curfews, government orders or network failures. We will tell you and resume visits as soon as it is safe.
You agree to receive notices, reports and invoices by email and through your Client Portal, and that they count as delivered when sent to the email address you gave us or published to your portal.
Our reports are drafted with the help of AI tools. Every fact in a report is recorded on site by a Field Officer and approved by our office before it reaches you. AI tools never decide anything on their own.
We may not transfer our obligations to anyone else without your consent. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms, the Service Agreement for each property and our policies are the whole agreement between us.
Before you register, we answer questions on WhatsApp, by email, or on a free 15-minute call that you book with us. These give general information only; please do not share identity documents, property papers or personal details before you register. We never cold-call. The KYC video call takes place only after you register.
21.1 Some developers are our verified partners. We verify the developer company once, and each of its projects once: the project's title, approvals, RERA registration and land records, with a site visit.
21.2 If your property is in a verified partner project, you still complete full KYC, and you send the papers for your own unit (allotment letter, agreement of sale or sale deed, and any possession letter, unit EC or tax receipt). We rely on the project-level checks for the rest. If we later find a problem with those checks, we tell you, and we may ask for more papers.
21.3 In a partner project, the registration fee and the onboarding audit fee are lower, as shown on our website when you enter the project code. Plans and every other service cost the same as for everyone.
21.4 Your developer is not our client for your property and does not act for you. It never sees your name, contact details, documents, reports, photos or flags. It sees only totals for its project, such as how many units are enrolled. We do not sell, market or broker units for any developer.
21.5 We may pay your developer a referral fee from our own income. It never changes the price you pay, and your Service Agreement tells you if it applies.
21.6 If your developer chooses to pay your registration or onboarding audit fee, that payment is between us and the developer. You owe nothing for that fee, and you keep every right under these terms.
22.1 We may invite you to onboard free of charge, by a link or by email. The registration fee and the onboarding audit fee shown in the invitation are then ₹0. KYC, the onboarding audit and every other step stay the same.
22.2 A free onboarding creates no obligation to take a plan. If you choose a plan, it is charged at the published price unless the invitation says otherwise in writing.
22.3 An invitation is personal and may be withdrawn before you register. It cannot be exchanged for money.
This policy explains how Asset Ok, a brand of Primeline International Private Limited (CIN U46900AP2026PTC123228, registered office to be added at launch, "we"), collects and uses personal data. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. We are the data fiduciary for the data described here.
| Data | Examples | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and KYC | Name, date of birth, nationality, passport, OCI card or visa, PAN, photo, KYC video call | To confirm you are the owner on record, and to prevent impersonation and fraud |
| Contact | Email, phone, overseas address, preferred call times | To reach you about your properties and services |
| Property records | Deeds, EC, pattadar passbook, 1B/Adangal, tax receipts, layout approvals, survey numbers, co-owner details | To onboard and audit each property and check it against government records |
| Site evidence | Photos and videos of your property, with latitude, longitude and timestamp; inspection notes | To report the condition of your property and keep a record you can rely on |
| Payments | Invoices, payment references, bank or gateway confirmations, FIRA | To bill you, meet GST and FEMA rules, and keep accounts |
| Authorised contacts | Name and contact details of a relative or representative you add | To speak to them only within the limits you set |
| Website use | Form entries, WhatsApp messages and emails to us | To answer questions before registration, handle enquiries and improve the website |
| Client Portal account | Login email, sign-in and security logs, messages you send through the portal | To give you access to your own reports, invoices and documents, and to keep the portal secure |
We do not ask for Aadhaar. If you choose to share it, we accept only a masked copy, and we delete any unmasked copy.
Before you register. We answer questions on WhatsApp, by email, or on a free 15-minute call that you book with us. These give general information only. Please do not share identity documents, property papers or personal details before you register; if you do, we delete them. We never cold-call.
We process your data with your consent, which you give on our forms and in the Service Agreement. We rely on your consent for KYC, property evidence and any marketing. We process data without consent only where s.7 of the DPDP Act allows it, mainly to keep the tax and company records the law requires. You may also manage consent through a registered Consent Manager once they are available. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops further processing but does not undo what was done before, and we may no longer be able to provide the service.
Notice at collection. Every form we use shows a short notice before you submit it. It lists each item of data asked for, why we need it, how long we keep it, how to withdraw consent, how to use your rights, and how to complain to the Data Protection Board. The notice is available in English and Telugu.
Our Field Officers photograph your property, its boundaries and its surroundings. Occupants, workers or neighbouring land may appear in them. We take such images only to record the state of your property, avoid faces where we can, and use them for no other purpose. Faces and vehicle number plates are blurred in any copy shared outside the company.
Security cameras. If you ask us to arrange cameras at your property, they are set up in your own app account. You decide what is recorded and who can see it, and you are responsible for the footage. We do not receive, watch or store the feed; the installer sees the camera settings only while installing them. Cameras are pointed only at your property, not at neighbours or the road.
Who inside the company sees what. Your name, contact details, identity documents, KYC and payments are seen only by our Admin Desk. District Desk staff, Field Officers and vendors see the property, its place and the job, not who you are. A vendor learns your name only when you choose to pay that vendor directly, because the vendor's invoice is then made out in your name.
Developer partners. If your property is in a partner developer's project, the developer receives only totals for its project (for example, how many units are enrolled and how many visits were made). It never receives your name, contact details, documents, reports, photos or flags, or which unit you own.
Data about developers. When a developer applies to be a partner, we collect its company documents (incorporation, PAN, GST and RERA registrations, address and bank proof) and the identity and authority of the person who signs for it. We check them against public government records (for example the MCA, GST, RERA, court, land-record and registration portals). We use this only to verify the developer and its projects, and keep it for the length of the partnership plus the period the law requires.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We keep identity documents and deeds on servers in India. Photos and videos of your property are stored with Cloudflare and may be held outside India. If any data is transferred abroad, it goes only to countries the Government of India has not restricted under s.16 of the DPDP Act, and subject to any conditions notified under Rule 15.
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiries, call notes and WhatsApp messages that do not lead to registration | Deleted within 30 days of your last message |
| Identity and KYC documents, property records, contact details and your Client Portal account | Deleted within 30 days after your contract is cancelled or ends |
| Everything from a One-Time Property Audit, if you start no plan | Deleted 60 days after the audit report is delivered; you are sent a full copy first |
| Site evidence and reports | Deleted within 30 days after the contract for that property is cancelled or ends; you are sent a full copy first. Kept longer only while a complaint, dispute or legal claim about the property is open, or a court or authority requires it |
| Invoices, payment records and signed agreements | 8 years, as GST, income-tax and company law require; locked and used for nothing else |
| Logs of how we processed your data | Deleted within 30 days |
| KYC video recordings | 90 days after KYC is verified |
When your contract ends. When you cancel, or your last property's contract ends, we email you a copy of your reports, photos and videos, and they stay in your Client Portal until deletion. We email you 48 hours before we erase anything. Within 30 days we delete your personal data from our systems, including client records, the Client Portal, our app and our document store, and confirm this by email. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle and never restored for use. The only records we keep are the ones listed above that the law requires, and we use them for nothing else. If you have not registered, your enquiry is deleted within 30 days.
You can ask us to:
Use the Data Rights Request form on our website, or write to the grievance officer below. We reply within 30 days. Please raise a complaint with our grievance officer first. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We limit access by role, encrypt sensitive fields, log access, and never put identity documents into public AI tools. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you without delay and report to the Data Protection Board, with a detailed report within 72 hours, as the DPDP Rules require.
Our services are for adults. Where an owner or co-owner is a minor, we act only through the lawful guardian, with verifiable consent from that guardian (Rule 10), after advocate review.
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work. It runs no analytics, advertising or chat tools today. If we add any, we will update this policy first, and ask for your consent where it is needed.
We will post any change here with a new effective date, and email clients about material changes.

1.1 A month "starts" on the day your plan began and on the same date each month after that.
1.2 Example for a yearly plan: you paid ₹17,990 + GST for Asset Watch (monthly price ₹1,799) and cancel in the fourth month. Four months at ₹1,799 is ₹7,196. Your refund is ₹17,990 − ₹7,196 = ₹10,794, plus the GST on that amount, less gateway charges.
1.3 "Initiated" means the moment our work on a paid task starts. Until then your Client Portal shows the task as "Paid, not started", with a cancel button. After it, the portal shows "Initiated" with the date and time.
2.1 Gateway charges are the fee the payment gateway or bank kept when you paid us, and any fee it charges to send the refund. They are about 2% for Indian payment methods and about 3% for international cards, plus GST on that fee.
2.2 We deduct only the actual charge. Your refund note shows the amount.
2.3 If you paid by bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS, UPI, SWIFT or Wise) and we were charged nothing, we deduct nothing except the bank's fee for sending the refund, if any.
3.1 When we refund a fee, we also refund the GST charged on the refunded amount and issue a GST credit note.
4.1 Email our support address (given at launch) from your registered email address, or use the cancel button in your client portal. Name the property and the plan.
4.2 We confirm your cancellation by email within one working day. The cancellation date is the date of your request.
4.3 If a property has more than one owner, the lead owner named in the Service Agreement may cancel.
4.4 Within 15 days of cancellation we return your property file and email you a copy of your reports, photos and videos. We email you 48 hours before we erase anything, and delete your data within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy. If you took only a One-Time Property Audit and start no plan, we delete your data 60 days after the audit report.
5.1 We pay refunds within 7 working days of confirming the cancellation, to the account or card you paid from. Your bank may take further days to show it.
5.2 Refunds are paid in Indian rupees. If you paid in a foreign currency, your bank converts the refund, and any difference from exchange rates or bank fees is yours.
5.3 We do not pay refunds in cash or to a third party.
6.1 Monthly plans are paid each month by a payment link, or by a standing instruction (e-mandate) that you set up yourself. We remind you 7 days before each payment is due.
6.2 Yearly plans do not renew by themselves. We send reminders 30 days and 7 days before the year ends, showing the price for the next 12 months. The plan continues only when you pay.
6.3 We never charge a card or account without your action or your e-mandate. You can withdraw an e-mandate at any time through your bank or the payment gateway.
6.4 If a payment is more than 15 days late, we pause visits and tell you by email. If it is more than 45 days late, we treat the plan as cancelled.
7.1 If we cannot verify your KYC, we refund the registration fee, less gateway charges. If we stop an onboarding because of our stop rules (for example, the ownership papers do not match, a co-owner objects, or the land is in a restricted category) before the audit visit, we refund the audit fee, less gateway charges. Once the audit visit is made, the audit fee is not refunded, and you receive the audit report.
7.2 If we end a plan for our own reasons, we give 30 days' notice and refund every month not yet started, less gateway charges.
7.3 A visit may be delayed by weather, floods, strikes, restricted access or other circumstances outside our control. We tell you by email and make the visit as soon as we can. A delayed visit does not earn a credit or a refund.
7.4 We may end a plan at once, with no refund for the current month, if instructions are given by someone who is not the owner on record, or if our staff are threatened or put at risk.
8.1 Where you pay a vendor, security agency, advocate, surveyor or government office directly, any refund of that payment is between you and them. We help you follow up. Where you paid us for a work on the property, clause 1 applies.
8.2 This policy covers only the fees you pay to us. A fee waived under a free onboarding invitation is ₹0, so nothing is refunded for it. A fee your developer paid for you is refunded to the developer, under its partner agreement.
9.1 If you disagree with a refund, write to our Grievance Officer. We reply within 7 working days.
9.2 Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the payment and usually takes longer than a refund.
9.3 Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10.1 We may change this policy with 30 days' notice by email. The policy in force on the day you paid applies to that payment.
One Service Agreement covers each property. Every owner on record signs it digitally, and each gets the signed PDF with its audit trail by email. There are no paper copies.
Partner projects: the agreement names the project, records which project-level checks we relied on, and states whether a referral fee is paid to the developer.
This is a summary. The full agreement is under legal review and is sent to you before you sign.
People verify every report. A Field Officer records what is on site, and a second person who did not make the visit reviews it before it reaches you. We re-check a random sample of visits.
This is a summary. The full policy is under legal review.
We want to fix any problem quickly. You can complain about our service, a report, a payment or how we handle your personal data.
Our Grievance Officer is named here, with an email address, at launch. Until then, write to us by email. Give your Client ID, the Property ID if it concerns a property, and what went wrong.
